WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effective use of Social Media Posts & Ads to promote company's brand and products.
General S.E.O practices & Content marketing to help improve traffic to website
•Daily update of Facebook and twitter pages in order to keep customer's engaged on the product and services offered
•Build likes & followers on Facebook and twitter, Instagram &Google+ pages in order to attract potential customers.
•Use Facebook and twitter as a marketing tool to promote sales.
•Creating and maintaining Facebook, Google and Bing ads in order to drive traffic to website.
•Getting blog posts in relevant blogs to create awareness for products
•Find & create new avenues to reach out company’s products to customers
•Maintaining of all company’s social media account & eCommerce marketing channels on other websites
•Act as online correspondence/ liaison for the company
•Coordinating Sales, shipments and taking inventory of stock
•Updating sales/customer information on Woo Commerce eCommerce platform

MORE SO,
optimize, maintain, monitor and lead the platforms and any marketing strategies carried out in them: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Google Plus, YouTube etc
- Achieving high level of customer service by providing fast response rate, effective customer issue resolution time
& gathering useful feedback from customer to effect useful change on business platform / activities
- Content creation and management: content marketing.
- Interaction with users: community engagement.
- Social commerce: leads, calls to action and conversions in social media.
- Monitoring: online media, information sources and social channels.
- Measurements and follow-up: determining the ROI of the work carried out, justifying the quality of the actions taken and, of course, the results thereof.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bsc/HND in any relevant discipline
• 1-3 years related work experience
• excellent understanding web designing/development tools
• excellent flow with social media trends
• logical thinker, composed
• Creative graphic skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional communications skills in all areas of communication
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
