PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure the objectives of services order intake and invoicing with a good level of profitability and effectiveness.
To animate, inform, manage and motivate the service team in total coherence with the company general orientations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To take part in the development of the strategic and operational plans
  • To propose the action plan to develop the activity
  • To ensure an optimal management short term and long term of the men, methods and tools, while taking care of the good balance between the various expertise and qualification levels.
  • To ensure overall the technico-economic competitiveness of the offers and the technical control of the achievements.
  • In co-operation with marketing and sales
  • To acquire good knowledge of the market segments and to impose companies solutions to these segments
  • To target customers and projects in order to secure good performance of projects activities
  • To participate with the members of his team at the commercials action by supporting technically the sales force and the network of partners (panel builders, installers, systems integrators, contractors)
  • To maintain the coherence and the motivation of the teams of the various ports
  • To make profitable its experiment to come to assistance of the personnel of the teams
  • To propose the actions of training and evolution of the personnel by having the preoccupation with a its autonomy
  • To carry out macro-plannification work periods and the accounting of the hours carried out in the compliance with the rules in force in the company
