Job Title: Service Support Officer
FUNCTION
Assist the organization in directing its relationship with our potential and existing customers by performing the following duties personally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist the organization to oversee and directs accounting, purchasing, budgeting, long range forecasting, and prospecting activities for the organization.
- Provide and direct procedures and computer application systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate data base of customers.
- Assist the PM to direct the operations officer in activities such as custodian of funds and assets of the organization.
- Increasing the organizations database through the use of E-marketing ( e.g. social media platforms )
- Ensure the implementation and improvements of the company business processes (ex: monthly training, productivity reporting, process reviews, etc.)
- Supervising the registration of Exam writers.
- Research and developing training slides. Design the organizations monthly newsletter through the use of CorelDraw
- Ensure compliance to the company’s customer service policy.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to companies operational standards
- Assist the management team in repositioning the company.
- Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution, and determines their positioning impact.
- Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities.
- Coordinate trainings in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja through our electronic platform.
- Follow up clients on behalf of the organization
- Constant review of staff daily reports of staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Computer Applications and Customer service training
- Ability to work on social media to drive awareness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strongcustomer serviceorientation.
- Organized, dynamic self-starter who works in a systematic manner, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good logical diagnostic skills and ability with the ability to multi-task in dealing with several different problems at a time.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under high pressure to tight deadlines, monitor and follow-up on pending matters under minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to work within a team or independently with a willingness to learn more and accept guidance from others for personal improvement.
- Computing skills, including knowledge of word-processing, spread sheets database management, MS- PowerPoint, Publisher etc. as well as ability to gather and analyse critical information for reporting and designing systems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Basic university degree/ H.N.D
Computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, Access and Coreldraw)
