SERVICE CENTER SUPERVISOR – Lagos/PH
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role in a Customer Support role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities: Microsoft operating systems Problem-solving skills within high-pressure Service center environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and utilize metrics and Service center data.
- Ability to motivate, train, direct, and lead staff.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
