Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profits for existing and new products
Implement sales programs by developing the sales team action plans
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counselling and ensuring discipline in employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of company procedures and products.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

A graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division in Business Administration or any related discipline
Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age
Applicant should possess 5 – 8 years working experience
Strategic selling is an added advantage
Good knowledge of HR tools and practices is an added advantage
Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
