Roles in Sales and Advertising

Our Clients, Leading Players in the Advertising and Financial Lending sector are looking to fill the following roles:

1. Creative Director: The Ideal Candidate would be responsible for leading the content and media team, developing creative guidelines and directing creative work including Print Collateral, websites, E-Mail Campaigns, Television and Radio Advertising for a specific group of accounts maintaining agency's standard while achieving client's goal. Candidate must have a B.Sc in related discipline with at least 4 years experience in a similar role.

2. Head Sales: The ideal Candidates would be responsible for supervising Business Development Initiatives, implementing and executing activities to generate business, lead generation through engineered sales presentation to prospects. Candidate must have a B.Sc. in Accounting, Banking and Finance or a similar discipline with a minimum of 7 years experience in Micro Finance or Retail Banking

3. Senior Sales Officer: The ideal Candidate would be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing team's activities for the public sector, forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures, train and supervise junior staff in marketing and selling the organization's product. Candidate must have a B.Sc. in any social science discipline with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience within the Financial Lending Industry
