Job Summary :

Provides market analyses, reports and provides forecasts on each specialist segment of the property industry.
The individual would support the organization through market analytics, research, and business needs of the leasing team.
This position is responsible for evaluating market trends, identifying existing and new retailers, developing best practices and assisting with the specific needs of each retail projects.
Individual would also be principally responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings.
To accomplish this task, the individual would be expected to work with the company client (either internal or external) to understand, define and document the overarching business object.
The employee applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations and would frequently present the findings and recommendations to the clients.

Responsibilities :

Carry out extensive research to develop a detailed understanding of the target market, company or opportunity
Analyze and synthesize research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for clients
Meet with clients in understanding business needs and strategic direction
Design questionnaires by liaising with project team to ensure the necessary data is captured
Compile market reports that can be utilized for decision making process
Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
Making presentations—answering questions and instilling confidence
Meet with clients to negotiate and agree research projects
Formulate a plan/proposal and present it to the client or senior management
Conduct qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments
Use statistical software to manage and organize information
Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
Write detailed reports and presenting results
Advise clients/senior management on how to best use research findings

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics or related field

Knowledge Requirements :

Knowledge of statistical analysis,
Knowledge of property market
Understanding of theoretical applications and principles
Knowledge of property trend analysis
