Basis Requirements:
Knowledge
i. A Good University degree with minimum of 2.2
ii. Masters Degree and professional qualification, an added advantage
iii. Member of CIPM
Skills
i. Strategic Planning
ii. Complex problem resolution and General Management expertise
iii. Outstanding communication and presentation skills
iv. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
v. Solid team player
Experience
Minimum of 6years cognitive Human Resources Experience
Abilities
i. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
ii. Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organisation
