OUR MOTIVATION
As a result of the success achieved in the 1st phase of our business re-positioning strategy-MUTUAL-RIGADS, we have decided to further downscale Insurance Protection to 200 Communities, Towns and Cities in Nigeria within the next 3 years using the Franchise Management Channel.

MODE OF OPERATION

• Mutual Benefits will recruit and train all the Risk Advisors to work in the office.
• Mutual Benefits will recruit and train the Managers to supervise the Risk Advisor
• Mutual Benefits will pay all the expenses of the Technical Staff of the office.

POSITION REQUIREMENT

• At least 1st degree in any discipline
• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience
• 28 - 60 years of age.

MUTUAL will provide free, comprehensive and practical training on Insurance Principles, Products, Marketing and Business Management for the successful candidates.
