A good honours degree in Humanities/Social Sciences from a recognised university plus 4 years cognate experience. Possession of higher degree in the relevant field from a recognized university shall be an advantage.

A good honours degree in Computer Science/Informatics or related discipline from a recognised University.
F. DIRECTORATE OF PHYSICAL PLANNING
(i) Planning Officer II (Civil/Electrical) – (CONTISS 07)
A good honours degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Town Planning and Land Surveying from a recognised University.

(a) Electrical Unit:

ND in relevant field from a recognised institution.
(b) Mechanical Unit:
(i) Field Overseer I (Welding) – (CONTISS 04)
Senior School Certificate or Modern III/S.75 or JSS3 with 4 years cognate experience.
(ii) Technical Assistant I (Petrol & Diesel Generating Sets / Petrol & Diesel Motor Vehicles Diesel / Refrigerator & Air Conditioning – (CONTISS 04)
ND in the relevant field plus Secondary School Certificate or NTC plus 5 years cognate experience. Ordinary Certificate of City & Guilds or NTC Advanced Diploma with Secondary School Certificate
