Receptionist needed at a Financial Company

JOB TITLE: Receptionist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors or clients
• Keeping record and forwarding of official messages
• Handling administrative duties
• Booking meetings
• Handling postal and courier consignments
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Keeping the reception area tidy

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of BSc or HND in Business Administration or any related discipline
• Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age
• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, Good phone etiquette and professionalism
• Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is compulsory
• Employment type – 6 months contract
