Quatity Surveyor

• You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, plus relevant industry experience, have a methodical commercial mind-set and experience of completing cost plans/forecasts, interim valuations and final accounts on responsive and cyclical maintenance projects, refurbishment projects and new build schemes.
• Experience in contracts, analysing loss and expense claims and extension of time claims, an analytical approach to problem solving, together with sound knowledge of construction is required.
• You will also have good interpersonal skills having the ability to communicate commercial/financial information to non-commercial colleagues.
• Office software skills are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
