+ The candidate should be quite knowledgeable in environmental issues.
+ Candidates must possess at least a Second Class Honours Degree in any discipline.
+ Candidates for MBA and Professional body will be advantage.
+ Candidates must have 4 – 10years working experience in oil and gas sectors.

The Job Description includes but is not limited to:
* Support the NGA Q&HSE Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the company’s HSE Management System and the implementation of Division/Country specific QHSE standards, and procedures.
* Liaison with the Q&HSE representatives of clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment and compliance with expectations.
* Monitor Q&HSE training requirements and support vessel personnel with compliance.
* Support implementation of Nigeria Operations Q&HSE plans.
* Support the implementation of Nigeria Operations focused continual quality improvement programs applied to HSE processes and issues.
* Support the implementation of the Nigeria Operations Emergency Response Programs including the coordination and monitoring of drills as required.
* Preparation of information required for periodic reporting of Nigeria Operations performance against HSE indicators and metrics to Division/Country management and other relevant parties (including authorities as required) according to established protocols.
* Provide input and support for the thorough and timely identification, assessment and control of Q&HSE related risks and communicate to all affected parties.
* Participation in and support for comprehensive investigation programs..
* Collaborate with Operations and Technical Departments to ensure that vessels are fit-for-purpose in operations in terms of HSE capabilities and compliance with international, regulatory, client and company standards.
* Develop Nigeria Operations HSE controlled documentation according to company defined standards and approval of the NGA Q&HSE Manager.
* Contribute to the definition of PIDWAL environmental focused strategy, goals and objectives
* Establish a network of approved environmental services and facilities to support environmental programs.
* Liaise with relevant government agencies and ensure PIDWAL is compliant as regards environmental laws and regulations.
* Liaise with the Q&HSE representatives of clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment and compliance with expectations.
