Re: PWC calls for interview
Let me elaborate.
In PwC, even an engineer would most probably be an auditor (there was one a pharmacy graduate who was auditing till he left for KPMG).
In KPMG, you could be a consultant for your field.
PwC is good for people who want a career in the accounting field but KPMG is better for those who still want the ability to manoeuvre in their field.
Quite a number of people left PwC to KPMG because they were not happy with being in audit. However, it is your personal preference.
KPMG takes years to call for interview. I wrote the test while i was still in school and was called for interview when i had started with PwC (after NYSC).
KPMG pays slightly better and you get a higher pay for being a Chartered accountant but the work environment in PwC is a whole lot better.
Take your pick.

That sounds like ages.... well thanks for the 411.... From your explanation i think i 'd prefer KPMG.... While being interviewed they actually chipped it in that i might not get Advisory services which i chose.... so all this explanation fits in place with my conversations with the interviewers.....
