IT Professional needed for immediate employment!!!

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the management of Information Technology for businesses in South Africa and Mozambique
· Maintenance of issue logs and keeping them current, highlighting issues to India IT Team, maintaining documentation, work on short/medium duration projects
· Delivering new business processes in Syspro or SAP arising due to new business models, acquisitions, Mergers, new projects roll outs
· Interface with India IT team for IT roadmap implementation
· Ensuring 99% uptime coverage of key IT processes and infrastructure management
· Ensure best practices and standards are in place specifically around all control issues and Change management process
· May travel across the country to collate feedbacks, maintain issue logs and report issue resolution status
· Training end users on a regular basis

Profile
Experience and Qualification
Ø Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (Preferably IT) or MCA
Ø 5-8 years work experience with significant time spent on Syspro or SAP & Infrastructure management
Ø Good understanding of business processes of CPG industry
Ø Strong Analytical Skills
Ø Ability to conduct sessions/meetings/workshops with people 3-4 level senior to the position – both independently and under supervision
Ø Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
Ø Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
Ø Able to work directly with developers and end users under stressful situations
