POSITION: SECRETARY (FEMALES)

QUALIFICATION: HND/B.SC. SECRETARIAL ADMIN. OR ANY GOOD DEGREE IN SOCIAL SCIENCES

EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 2 years Post Qualification experience Years
QUALITIES: Self driven individual with minimum supervision and infinite capacity for excellence, having similar Working experience in Must Possess a good Communication Skills, Previous Experience in the Oil & Gas Sector will be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Prepare Quotations/ Tenders and Process Purchase Orders
*Develop good relationship with clients and keeping of clients accounts & records
*Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel & internet browsing
*Taking minutes and Record Keeping.
