Principal (Secondary School)

(1) Principal (Secondary School) Professional teacher and mentor with a minimum of:1. Bachelors Degree in Education with good command of written and spoken English2. MBA/MSc. in Educational Management or other related Masters degree will be an added advantage3. 15 years experience in a secondary school system4. Must have spent at least the last five years as a school principal5. Use of Best Practice (World Class) to manage People, Processes and Policies that will always be subject to periodic review as required.6. Must be conversant with all statutory, regulatory requirements and implementation of school guidelines for effective management of school employees.7. Practical knowledge and effective use of MS Word and Excel, email and text message facilities for responding to any electronic correspondence/enquiries8. Applicant’s age must not be above 65 years
