Principal, HR Management Officer, I.C.T Instructor, Games Master [Isolo-Lagos]

(1) Principal (Secondary School)

Professional teacher and mentor with a minimum of:

1. Bachelors Degree in Education with good command of written and spoken English
2. MBA/MSc. in Educational Management or other related Masters degree will be an added advantage
3. 15 years experience in a secondary school system
4. Must have spent at least the last five years as a school principal
5. Use of Best Practice (World Class) to manage People, Processes and Policies that will always be subject to periodic review as required.
6. Must be conversant with all statutory, regulatory requirements and implementation of school guidelines for effective management of school employees.
7. Practical knowledge and effective use of MS Word and Excel, email and text message facilities for responding to any electronic correspondence or inquiries
8. Applicant’s age must not be above 65 years

(2) HR Management officer (Secondary School) Professional HR Management and Human Capital Development person with a minimum of:
1. Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a good command of written and spoken English
2. Professional certification(s) and affiliations will be an added advantage
3. 3-5 years experience in a school or related environment
4. Use of Best Practice to supervise People, Processes and Policies that will always be subject to periodic review as required.
5. Must be conversant with all statutory, regulatory requirements and implementation of school guidelines for effective management of school employees.
6. Practical knowledge and effective use of MS Word and Excel, email and text message facilities for responding to any electronic correspondence/enquiries.
7. Applicant’s age must not be above 35 years.

(3) Computer Teacher (JSS1-3 and SS1-3) Professional Computer Teacher and mentor with a minimum of:
1. NCE/Bachelors Degree in Education/Computer Science or any other relevant discipline with good command of written and spoken English
2. Professional certification(s) and affiliations will be an added advantage
3. 3 years experience in a secondary school or related environment
4. Must have spent at least the last two working years developing best delivery strategy and serious study materials for students for outstanding performance as compared to students in other schools.
5. Practical knowledge with no skill gap and effective use of computer, email facilities for responding to any electronic correspondence
6. Applicant’s age must not be above 35 years old.

(4) Games Master/Coordinator (Part-time) Seasoned Sports Coach and Mentor with a minimum of:
1. OND/NCE/HND//BEd/Bsc in any discipline with good command of written and spoken English
2. Professional affiliations with any sports council will be an added advantage
3. 5 practicing years in sports mentoring or related environment
4. Must have spent at least the last two years developing materials and organizing internal-Class, inter-House and inter-School competitions at various levels for outstanding performance.
5. Practical knowledge and requirements of at least five sporting games like basket ball, cricket, volley ball, table tennis and badminton
6. Age is not a barrier however candidates must be well cultured, pro-active, have a neat & decent dress sense with a good sense of humor to help students
