nope. If your employment is confirmed after the trainee ship. It follows that your emoluments be reviewed upwards and you begin to enjoy benefits and allowances. Basic salary may remain the same, but your total take home pay will increase.
What I intended to rather confirm, is if the total emoluments consisting of basic salary and allowances remains the same after completing a management trainee program?
It depends. Some companies pay only stipends during traineeship, after confirmation,the salary is greatly enhanced. Other companies start u on a salary grade a little lower than what u will be paid when u are confirmed.Quote:
