Personal Assistant to the GM	*Good 1st degree in any discipline.	At least 2 years relevant experience as a PA. Preferably a female.	* Motivated * Diligent * Conscientious * Diplomatic * Discreet *Effective communication * Dedication * Trustworthy * Organisational skills

RESPOSIBILTIES
Ø Direct responsibility to manage (organise, maintain diary and schedule appointments) GM's daily activitiesØ Direct responsibility to manage and prompt work output, workflow and deadlines of the GM.Ø Directly responsible for recording, communicating accurate and timely messages from telephone calls, and to answer queries where possibleØ Responsible for receipt and forwarding of all external and internal mails addressed to the GM as directed.Ø Take minutes of meetings as requested by GM and forward same to relevant officers after vetting and approval by GM.Ø Direct responsibility to handle incoming matters/request from staff and often correspondences on behalf of the GMØ Draft, type and sometimes dispatch all the GM's correspondenceØ Direct responsibility to liaise with relevant individuals (staff & otherwise), external organisations etc to arrange meetings as directed by the GMØ Directly responsible to maintain a comprehensive filing system for all administrative, financial etc activities as directed by GMØ Direct responsibility to co-ordinate GM’s travel and accommodation matters
