Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative work of the company.
Marketing companies services.
Must be bold, hard working, confident, honest.
Have an excellent computer skills and be well presented at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a degree;
Must have 1-3 years experience;
Should reside in axis
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Articulate and be prepared to work late
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of MD;
Taking dictation and minutes;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring MD is well-prepared for meetings;
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Deputizing for MD, making decisions and delegating work to others in his/her absence;
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing.
