We are seeking seasoned financial services and/or consulting professionals who can generate large and middle market deal flow throughout Africa with a focus on (but not limited to) the following countries:

- Kenya

- South Africa

- Nigeria

- Malawi

- Namibia

- Zambia

- Botswana

- Angola

- Ghana

- Tanzania

- Egypt

- Tunisia

- Morocco

Nova is interested in both publicly traded and privately held companies who seek to raise institutional capital from the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East as well as M&A advisory and transaction services.

Qualifications:
A keen understanding of financing and capital needs of middle to large sized companies in these regions is necessary. Generally, C-Level and/or Board level contacts are necessary for such companies to consider being Nova clients. Client relationship management is key to this position.
