A friend of mine got d mail too but she's not experienced hire..she did entry level.
Yes, I got the mail for aptitude/knowledge test, though I applied for Exp position...na dem know sha!

besides, my friend working there said they don't send i.vs via email or txts they only use courier!

Just pray that your IV comes bcos this is very real...I was also told on the letter to expect my letter from courier which will be used for accrediatation the same day...someone already pasted a copy of that letter in this forum so search and read it...best of luck sha!!

Its actually a very correct info, if u've gotten the e-mail, you will observe the it is a scanned cory of the mail to be expected by courier. Mine is for experienced higher and my venue is ican centre amuwo odofin, on the 26th march. The invitation is also purely by merit as i did'nt kwn anybody there, lets not be judgemental of them as at this stage.

Thomas International’s Tests for Selection and Training (TST) is a predictor of a candidate’s development potential, which shows how quickly he or she can learn, retain and utilise new skills and procedures.
How do I gain access to this assessment? What form does it take?
The assessment can be done electronically or manually, and only takes 30 minutes to complete. The candidate completes 5 tests, each no longer than 5 minutes and which assess: Perceptual Speed, Reasoning, Number Speed & Accuracy, Working Memory and Spatial Visualisation.
What will the results show?
The results will give an accurate indication of how rapidly the candidate can learn, use and retain new information, thus measuring how ‘trainable’ the candidate is. Would you use this only for recruitment?
