Well, if you are in Abuja, you could register for the exam, train as well as write your TOEFL exams at e-Global Technologies, 2nd Floor Bassan Plaza (ie ANPP Hqtrs), very close to NNPC Towers and along Reiz Continental Hotel Road, Central Business District, Abuja.
