The company celebrates any resourceful person, whether black or white or green or purple person.

Investment banking is divided into front office, middle office and back office. This role is a front office type, and thus commands a yearly salary before tax(es) of 40K pounds, a sign on fee of between 5K-15K and a yearly bonus of 10K pounds (if dem make profit sha).

It covers more areas than some investment banks you are probably familiar with. For instance, it is not restricted to only emerging markets or developed markets.. This means that it may not be able to compete with firms like RenCap whose core area is emerging markets.
