Required Skills

• At least 8 years work experience of which 4 years should within the talent management/competency management function. (Learning, recruitment, performance management and career management
• Related HR Consulting experience would be an added advantage

Qualification

• First Degree in any Social Science discipline Masters degree would be an added advantage
