MTN and d plan to cut the pay of contract staff. wahalla mst dey!!

There is a new plan in MTN Nigeria to migrate all contract staff under different service providers to the low paying and xploitative CCNLSC in Jos. That will mean cancilling d initial contract and making everybody take a pay cut,am talking about 60-70k cut or even more depending on ur segment. Dats a huge joke bcos it will meet with d stiffest resistant and it could cripple d network entirely. D fight for all staff is a fight against all forms of exploitation.

Pls where did u hear this and when r dey planning to do so? How can dey gv all contracts to cnssl when dey can't properly manage jos....na wa 4 dis pple o, with all da money they r making dey still don't want to b fair...greed
