A frontline medical company involved in Equipment procurement, sales, installation, maintenance and consulting requires the services of suitably qualified persons for the position of;
- Account/Client Manager , and
- Lead, Commercial {Sales & Marketing Manager}
Details for the positions are as below;
1. Account/Client Manager
Business Purpose/Objective:
To grow revenue and manage customers within designated region
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing
- Aggressively pursue sales goals by month, quarter and year
- Implement sales strategy, in line with the overall corporate objective
- Identify sales opportunities
- Grow sales revenue and market share across the designated region
- Ensure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecast on a periodic basis
- Identify changes in the economic and business environment that may potentially warrant modifications to the business model
- Observe trends in the market and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies
Customer & Relationship Management
- Responsible for managing relationships with customers
- Develop, support and maintain key relationships with individuals, external groups, partner organisations, influencers, local communities and other stakeholders
- Follow up with Admin/Operations to ensure products are delivered to customers as scheduled
- Follow up with Technical Department to ensure timely installation, training and commissioning of equipment
Financial
- Follow up on all outstanding payments and ensure full payment of all sales within designated region
- Complete all necessary report and update on the ERP/CRM system and any other medium as required.
Education:
- Reputable undergraduate qualifications in social and medical sciences or other relevant fields
- Post graduate qualification in a relevant area is an added advantage
Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Medical devices/ Pharmaceutical industry or other relevant areas.
- A professional qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage.

2. Lead, Commercial {Sales & Marketing Manager}
Business Purpose/Objective:
Responsible for driving sales revenue and growing market share
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement sales strategy, in line with the overall corporate objective
- Aggressively pursue sales goals by month, quarter and year
- Grow sales revenue and market share across all regions
- Identify business opportunities and follow through.
- Identify changes in the economic and business environment that may potentially warrant modifications to the business model
- Analyze trends in the market and recommend changes to strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Ensure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting on a periodic basis, and articulate strategies to enable achievement of the same
Customer & Relationship Management
- Foster a customer centric organizational culture driven by teamwork and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Champion the development and implementation of customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with organizational strategies and policies. Monitor effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement of the same, on a periodic basis
