many large companies in Nigeria reserve admin jobs only for their relations

It is frustrating. I know of a company that is recruiting massively, and they have not bodered to advertise (in the papers or online). Instead they have reserved the plum(admin) jobs for their relations:everybody in higher and middle management is sponsoring someone. They plan to advertise the unwanted jobs (the marketing jobs) later. The number one qualification for the admin jobs is not are you qualified?'. While the company is filled with qualified and grossly unquailified relatives of top and middle management, the oyinbo ceo is looking the other way, and people like you and me are left searching for good jobs, qualified and ready to work, but only being offered the chance to make 'fat commisions' through in marketing 'jobs'. I weep for this country.
