Managing Director (MD) for a Micro Finance Bank Needed

A microfinance bank located in Lagos is seeking to recruit a Managing Director for its bank.
The preferred candidate must have relevant experience in a managerial capacity

Requirements
• Relevant first degree
• MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of (5) five years in relevant sector in a managerial capacity
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership skills
• Demonstrated Knowledge of microfinance banking
• Target driven and highly proactive

Responsibilities
• Formulates and implements policies on banking operations
• Effectively organizes, plans and coordinates all banking operations to meet set standards
• Product development and the reviewing of financial products
• Deposit Mobilization
• Ensure adequate funding of Bank liquidity needs at all points
• Coordination of all marketing activities
• Effectively manage the day to day activities of the Bank
• Maintain good relationship with customers

Remuneration: Minimum of N180, 000 (Per Month)+ Benefits
