Job Summary/Overview: To supervise the activities in a real estate company involved in providing affordable and secure solutions to the housing needs of diverse sections, developing Schemes, Selling properties, Managing properties and at the same time provide investment opportunities in the real estate sector for discerning investors.

Specifications
• Relevant University degree
• Not less than 6 years experience, 3 years of which must be at Management level
• Professional Certification is compulsory: PMP, CPM, ANIVS, MESVRBN, etc
• Age: between 30 – 45 years
• Good Knowledge of peculiarity of land and property matters in Nigeria: lands bureaus in different states, processes, statutory regulations, industry regulations, “omo-nile”, etc
• Market intelligence: trends, forecasting,
