Job Description
Our Client, a dynamic and upward mobile Conglomerate covering finance, oil and gas, real estate, event management, financial education, Publishing, Knowledge Management, business process redesign, gold, marketing, stocks etc. is currently recruiting dynamic industry leaders to fill this position

Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective goal setting, KRA and KPI writing, linking short and long term business objectives of the individual goals to corporate goals.
Drive performance management system in the group Companies.
Carry out organization development initiative like organizational diagnostics / assessment / surveys.
Champion employee engagement initiatives in the organization.
Coordinate Change management programs for the organization.
Drive talent review and potential assessment for capability building.

Qualifications and Requirements:
M.SC holder in Psychology plus MBA.
Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in well-structured Conglomerate or international organization.
Not more than 40 years of age.

Remuneration:
Starting N500,000 Per month + Car + comprehensive medical care + comprehensive Insurance + Housing and other fringe benefits. Possession of valid driving license and International Passport is essential.
