Legal Officer Needed Urgently

Our Client in the automotive industry seeks to recruit a Legal Personnel in their Lagos branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
• Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
• Perform any related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENT

• Must possess a minimum of Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Second Class degree) from a reputable university and fulfilled the requisite call to bar.
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in practice with knowledge and experience in corporate commercial law, company secretarial and compliance services
• Outstanding communication skills
