Job Title: Business Development Manager

Level: Manager

Job Location: Uyo, Calabar, Enugu

Job Objective:
To Coordinate the human and material resources in the branch and ensure that it is run profitably to the benefit of all Stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage / supervise the branch's interaction with key customers Budget preparation, monitoring and execution.
• Establish new profitable relationships.
• Manage staff and branch issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Source stable deposits for the branch.
• Credit Appraisal/Review.
• Loan Management/Control.
• Provide strategic business direction for the branch.
• Strategic Planning.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant experience from a bank.
• Minimum of First degree in any discipline. Additional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Ideal candidate for each role must possess strong business acumen and must be result oriented.
• Very strong desire to make significant impact.
