1.) Logistics / Fleet Management Officer
Qualifications
BSC / HND in social science, Engineering and related fields from recognized
University and Polytechnic
Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in Fleet Management especially in Cement and
Bottle Haulage Services
Excellent understanding of Customer Market Dynamics and Requirement
Computer Literate (with proficient in Ms Excel, Word and Power Point),
Planning and Administrative Skills
2.) Human Resources Officer
Qualifications
BSc/HND in Social Science, Humanity and related fields from recognized
University and Polytechnic
He/She must have knowledge of Salary Administration, Recruitment Processes,
Staff Welfare Matters, Labour Laws, Staff Appraisal, Staff Record, Training
Programme, Protocols and other Personnel Matters
Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in similar position preferably in
Logistics/Haulage Services Companies
A member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is an added
advantage.
Computer Literate (with proficient in Ms Excel, Word and Power Point),
Planning and Administrative Skills and must have a good communication skills
both in Written and Oral
3.) Type Management Specialist
Qualifications
OND/ HND/Trade Test Certificates in related fields
Expert in Tyre Pressure Control Mechanisms
Ability to Proffer Professional Advise on the Management and Usage of Tyres
Expert in the Management and Operation of Various Compressor/Pressure Machines
Ability to determine the Sizes, Grade/Quality and Standardization of Tyres
Ability to Keep Records of Tyres in various Fleets
Previous Experience in Similar Position in Logistics/ Haulage and Tyre
Servicing/Sales Companies is a MUST
Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position
4.) Marketers
Qualifications
BSc/HND /OND in Marketing or Related Fields
.2 – 3 years working experience in a similar position in a Fleet Management
Company
He/She must have good communication skills both in written and oral He/She
must be based in Lagos Metropolis with good knowledge of Road Network
Ability to work without supervision
5.) Store Keeper
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND
2 – 3 years working experience in Logistics/Haulage Companies
He must be vast in modem store keeping practice and record keeping.
6. ) Truck Driver
Qualifications
Age: 35 years and above
Educational Qualification: WASC/ SSCE/ Trade Test Certificates
Possession of Valid Drivers’ Licence with ’G’ Class
Minimum of 7 – 8 years driving experience in Logistics/Haulage Services
Companies especially in Cement and Bottle Haulage services
Previous experience in SINO HOWO TRUCK is an added advantage
