Job Title: Human Resources & Administration Manager The Human Resources & Administration Manager, will be responsible for various HR and administration duties throughout the office including recruitment, mobilisation, welfare, strategic planning and training, and general administration. Key Duties and Responsibilities shall include: (1) Heading the Department of HR & Administration with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization including project staff; (2) Translating the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development; (3) Developing and implementing human resources strategies in alignment with organizational goals; (4) Managing general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration; (5) Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and counselling; (6) Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents (7) Managing labour law and other regulatory policy compliances; (8) Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings; (9) Managing general administration matters including ensuring general sanitation of the premises, etc. Required Competencies: (1) Dynamic and a self-motivated candidate; (2) Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results; (3) Conflict resolution and negotiation skills; (4) Impeccable financial integrity; (5) Good command over oral and written communication skills in English; (7) Strong analytical skills; (8) Proficient in use of computers; (9) Fair and positive work attitude.
