A Global Company operating in Africa, Middle East and Asia seeks to recruit self driven, experienced and motivated individuals to fill select positions within the group’s various businesses

a.) HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES (2) (FMH001)

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director – HR & Administration and will be responsible for the overall accountability of group HR function with specific focus on aligning HR with business strategy, developing portfolio strategy, setting operational direction, reviewing and evaluating operating mechanisms

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably social science
• MBA/Post graduate diploma in HR & IR from a reputable institution
• Experience of at least 15 years of which 7 years is in management level
• Experience leading the HR function of a large FMCG/Manufacturing organization with proven leadership track record
• Good knowledge of ERP applications

b.) HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION (2) (FMH002)

The successful candidate reports to the Executive Detector – HR & Administration and will be responsible for accountability of the Administration department with the ongoing and emerging requirements of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Public Administration or any discipline from a reputable institution
• Not less than 12 years experience with at least 5 years in management level
• Working knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good leadership skills and functional expertise
• Decision making, planning, execution and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of ERP application

c.) HEAD OF TRANSPORTATION and LOGISICS (FMH003)

The successful candidate will report to the Group Executive Director and will be responsible for the overall accountability of planning, coordinating and managing the fleet including related general administration

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Degree/Certificate Course in transport function within an FMCG/Manufacturing company
• Good writing and communication skills

d.) HEAD OF INSURANCE (FMH004)

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for the insurance function as it relates to insurance management of the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably in accounting or finance
• Professional Accounting/Finance certification e.g. ACA, ACCA. CIA
• Relevant experience of 12 years with at least 5 years in management level
• Experience leading the insurance function of a large FMCG/Manufacturing organization with proven leadership track record
• Knowledge of the local and global insurance key drivers and trends
