1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT / SECRETARY TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (Code: PAS)
The ideal candidate must be:
Female (Preferable Married)
Between 30 – 40 years
Possess HND \ BSC in Secretarial Studies
Prolific on software applications viz MS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute and with proficiency in shorthand writing
Presentable, personable and should be able to relate well with both superiors, peers and subordinates
Able to work with minimum supervision and within time frame.
