KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision and coordination of the sales force.
Business Development/identification of markets with business opportunities.
Implementation of marketing strategies.
Implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
Relationship Management.
Performance Tracking.
Ensuring operational excellence and service delivery.

Qualification, Skill and Experience:

.Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience as a regional or branch manager in a Microfinance Bank or related fields.
B.Sc,ba or hnd in business related fields.
excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical.
3. MARKETING /LOAN OFFICERS FOR THE FOLLOWING ROUTES:
Lagos Island, Ojuelegba, Ikorodu,Oshodi, Mushin, Badagry and Epe
Key Responsibilities.
Prospecting for both loan and deposit clients.
Credit Appraisal of loan processing.
Loan Monitoring.

Qualification, Skill and Experience

Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience as a Marketing Officer in a Microfinance Bank or related fields.
.OND, B.Sc, B.A or HND in business related fields.

Job Title: CREDIT ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit appraisal based on sound credit skills.
Verification of loan clients and guarantors.
Disbursement of loans.
Ensure compliance of credit policies and procedures of the bank.
Ensure proper loan documentation.
Qualification, Skill and Experience.
Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience as a Credit Administration Officer in a Microfinance Bank or related fields.
B.Sc, B.A or HND in business related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical

Job Title: HEAD, LOAND RECOVERY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementing the loan recovery policies and procedures.
Use of initiative to negotiate and implement the best recovery strategy in line with the organisational goal of the bank.
Monitoring disbursed loan facility.
Loan recovery

Qualification, Skill and Experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Loan Recovery Officer in a Microfinance Bank or related fields.
B.Sc, B.A or HND in business related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical.

Job Tile: AUDIT OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review of audit trail.
Perform compliance test on the policies and procedures of the bank and other regulatory requirements.
Snap/spot checks on all deposit and loan clients

Qualification, Skill and Experience

Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience as an Audit Officer in a Microfinance Bank or related fields.
B.Sc, B.A or HND in business related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical.
Fraud and operational risk knowledge
