Job Title: Project Officer-Training/Capacity Building

Roles and responsibilities

• The position holder will assist the training manager to identify training needs of staff of Clients and develop training programs to respond to such needs.
• Assist in the ddevelopment and adaptation of tools, training curriculum
• Support the development of annual training plans for organizations Clients
• Prepare accurate periodic reports with on training and capacity building activities for all project sites and maintain an up to date data base for persons trained

Qualification/Experience

• A University degree or equivalent in Social Sciences or related field
• 3 years of relevant training management work experience
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (English)
• Great presentation skills and experience
• Must have organizational and strong computer skills including database management e.g. Access
• Work experience 3-4years
