Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial skills, project development, contract negotiations, cost management, vendors’ management and effective communications.
• Develop and manage an efficient organizational structure.
• Must demonstrate ability to Plan and direct all aspects of an organization’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Must demonstrate expertise in a variety of areas including budget, cost control, leadership, coaching, concepts, practices, and procedures.

Project Cost & Management Accountant

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.
• Must be CIMA (England) and/or ACCA registered.
• Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in managing project costs using cost and management accounting principles and techniques.
• Must be familiar with the Nigerian tax code.
• Experience in developing and preparing conceptual budget and management of such budget.
• Experience in the pre-bid engineering services for EPC contracting such as review of bids , vendors document .contract specification and compliance issues will be an added advantage.

• Must possess an enviable record required and experience needed for the est ab 1 ishment and development of a Purchasing Department.
• Must be experienced in the pre-bid engineering services for EPC contracting such as review of bids, vendors’ documents, contract specification and compliance issues will be an added advantage.
