Job Opening For Project Coordinator
JobResponsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate all aspects ofdesignated special projects assigned to you by the Head of Department anddiligent submission of progress report on projects from inspection to completion.
· To carry out research procedures beforehandling projects.
· Ensure project profitability andminimize losses to the minimum range.
· Establish and maintain businessrelationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
· Continue to seek new models forimproving project delivery.
· Work in accordance with standards developedand approved by the management.
· Ensure that projects meet companyquality targets.
· Ensure that projects do not exceeddeadlines and approval should be obtained from the Head of Department wherethis is unavoidable.
· Prepare quality creative proposals forprospective clients’ with a view to recommending solutions that will suit theclients’ identified needs.
· Acquire in depth knowledge of thecompany’s products and production procedures.
· Effectively manage distress calls byresponding to such within two hours maximum of been notified of same.
· Develop time lines for projects andensure implementation according to timelines.
CandidateRequirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or the equivalent
- Strong leadership skills, independent, confident and articulate.
- Strong Numeric and Analytical proficiency
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Decision Making Skills
- Excellent knowledge related to production, processing and handling of different equipment.
- Conflict Management Skills
