Job for executive assistant to ceo; and operations manager

A reputable Oil & Gas/Maritime Company with office in Lagos is in need of suitably qualified and experienced professional to fill the following positions:

1. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE TO THE CHAIRMEN

Roles

1. Assist the Chairman on all official matters.
2. Assist the Chairman on all technical matters.
3. Liaise with clients, Suppliers and other staff.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1. A University Degree, preferably in Law. Other disciplines can also apply.
2. MBA/MSC and Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
3. Good Operational knowledge.
4. Technical knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Minimum of 3 years cognate experience, with exposure to Oil and gas/maritime industry.
7. Age limit: 28 to 35.

2. OPERATIONS MANAGER

Roles

1. Ensure continuous review and improvement of operational process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Liaise and work with the Marine Superintendent to ensure smooth running of the vessel.
3. Liaise and work with the crew on board the vessel, to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications
1. A University Degree, preferably in Engineering. Others with relevant Degree can also apply.
2. MBA/MSC and Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
3. Good Operational knowledge is a must.
4. Technical knowledge of the oil and gas industry is compulsory.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Good knowledge of the workings of a ship is required.
7. Minimum of 3 years cognate experience, with exposure to Oil and gas/maritime industry.
8. Age limit: 28 to 35.
