i just got my IV now and i am slated for 10th......i believe the invitation is batchwise,so y'all thinking u're out u have 2 have a change of thought. i am now relieved while optimistic about d interview. cheers.

i just got mine...right now 12@o clock...26/6/2012.... and a lot of ppl made me so afraid on this thread..\thank \god i knelt down and prayed....mine is for thurs 12th july... iwrote my test on monday the 11th june...and my surname begins with O...so pls pray to God ...dont loose faith...
trust me its really BABAGODNONI......my IV came in at exactly 12.00 noon today.....I was scared initially....if you are still hopeful...yours will definitely come

i went to der office today to sumit the photocopy of my discharge cert, i think that is what is delaying them for those that past out on the 14th, so if u r yet to do that, i dont think u will get the invite.
To bad! Just got my regret letter some few minutes ago.:( Life goes on! God's speed to all that make it to the next stage.
Right now I'm trying to look back and check where I got it all wrong. I will like to know if there's any 2.2 and Engineering graduate in the house that made it to the next stage. Perhaps someone that went up with sworn affidavit too.Quote:

I guess this invites are sent in twos.i.e..sent to 2 recipients.consequently, seems its gonna be 2 interviews per day. I was sent d mail alongside another person. Is there anybody that his/her interview time differs from 1:00pm please kindly signify. Thanks....

All the best to all! That the mail is sent in twos is a truth cos dats wat i got. The other thing is dat I think they sent the invites on first name basis. Just what I observed. I also wonder why the interview will be running that long...till more than 6th of August? Ouch!
For a company as sensitive as PWC you can be very sure they would wanna be very detailed for the interview sessions. That's why they are in no rush to get the candidates interviewed. Moreover, having the interviews run till August is still within frame. Assumption of duty for the would-be lucky ones is slated for September. Good luck guys!!
i had my interview yesterday, we were just 2 for the session but from the list i signed i saw 8 names, ie 2 for each session and 8 per day....we both had just 1 stage seperately but simulteneously, each faced a panel of 3 interviewers.....just follow @psamist's post...it lasted for about an hr....the questions arent structured and depends on ur schooling, present job and experience...for me they asked abt my background, degree, projects, leadership,what i knw abt them, dept i indicate interest for and why,my relationship with ppl, sense of judgement etc...cant remember all, just be urself and know what u want and y. All the best to us all and pls be confident and composed.

Guys, why is it all quiet this week? Is it bcos mst of us haven't done or what? Anyways Thanks to @friendlydude. I guess your shared experience is enough for mst of us.
The interview in my view isn't so structured. What i mean is that it may not exactly be how the other man's own went that yours would go.
You'ld definitely have questions on ur strength or achievements. And some areas that the other poster mentioned, although 4 me it wasn't all of it. The session lasted for about an hour.
While i wouldn't mention any specific questions, i'ld advice interviewees to know which departments they want and why. And as for non-accounting/non-business based candidates, be prepared 4 question asking u to explain what the hell you are looking for at pwc!
Try not to lie as those panelists are very bright and can ask lie-uncovering questions.
And one more likely question could be: Why Pwc and not other top acct firms like KPMG or Delloite?.. u may not be asked exactly these but just prepare generally, and answer confidently, truthfully and reasonably.
For the most part, the interview was very friendly and relaxed.

P.s: For those that might harbour plans of asking me 4 the exact questions I was asked, don't bother. Just prepare generally and what i'v detailed here will prove instructive!

Am august 1986, I did not get d regret email, I was invited. A day 2 my birthday. 2nd august . I don't think dats d criteria. Although going tru their past recruitment,I think it is. Dats y I was sceptical to go for the verification d first case. I knw mine is divine intervention, God is at work.
