Do you have a young unemployed colleague, mentee or a friend, who is under the age of 30, has a degree in HR or a related area of the humanities and has a keen passion for the HR profession evidenced by study (e.g. CIPM) and is looking to develop a career in HR? Peoplesource Limited’s Human Resource Internship programme could be the platform he or she needs for the next career opportunity.


Our interns are given adequate support but they must be able to function with minimal supervision and possess an attitude that is willing to learn. Over the course of the programme, an interns performance is tracked and assessed in line with the following criteria; ability to learn quickly, capacity to exhibit independent thought, the use of initiative and the quality of work they are able to produce and regular feedback to aid improvement is provided all through the period of the programme.

On completion of our Internship, Peoplesource may be able to consider making the intern an offer of a permanent full time employment with our company. This depends largely on their performance during the 6 month programme. There are also opportunities to refer really exceptional interns to clients we work with for employment in HR roles.
