Due to continuous growth in the past years and further enhancement in its operational effectiveness, the company is seeking highly motivated and result-oriented professionals to tale up various responsibilities as follows:

ADMA05: Administrative Officer
Job Type
Contract: Permanent position (Local)
Location: Nigeria – Port Harcourt.
Interview will take place in: Port-Harcourt
Starting date: Immediately
Salary: According to profiled experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing the administrative functions and systems of the company
* Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies
* Liase with all department and subsidiaries to promote projects, sales, and programmes as they become relevant
* Have a high ability to adapt to marketing in an IT environment.
* Implement and supervise approved office and technology systems
* Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and reliable particularly ensuring the accuracy of each process and that each is fully documented.
* Implement and take part in project based tasks such as General meetings, etc.
* Liaise and communicate with team management/departmental managers to ensure the proper running of the department.
* In addition there would be duties that company may assign to you to carry out from time to time.

Education
A good first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a recognized institution. Professional Marketing or IT Certification will be an added advantage.
Possess an ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity.
