A friend of mine had technical test and interview for strategic planning and business development over 2 wks ago. No idea about trasaction processing center though. All the best

I am ware that HCDC is still conducting test for some people and also doing interview, but it depends on what position u applied for, and one of their staff even told me that they have finished recruitment for Risk Magt position.
