i encountered error with code #436 while attempting diageo online assessment

house pls can someone help, while trying to do the assessment i encountered an error with code #436. i mailled the [email protected] and gave an automated response that if you have problem with an assessment online u shd contact the organisation.
now there is no mail or phone number of anyone i can talk to in guinness in their mails sent to me. pls can someone help!!! i desperately need it the help urgently. thanks and God bless...........
