A reputable company in Lagos is seeking the services of a Human Resources Manager
Basis Requirements:
Knowledge
i. A Good University degree with minimum of 2.2
ii. Masters Degree and professional qualification, an added advantage
iii. Having Knowledge of Business sector of a Company
Skills
i. Strategic Planning
ii. Complex problem resolution and General Management expertise
iii. Outstanding communication and presentation skills
iv. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
v. Solid team player
Experience
i. Minimum of 6years Human Resources Experience
ii. Minimum of 2 years Human Resources Manager Experience
iii. Experience in FCMG, added advantage.
Abilities
i. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
ii. Ability to architect and drive change
iii. Ability to lead in a global matrixed environment
iv. Proven ability to build strong working relationships ,internal and external to the organisation
