A leader in the Electronics Sector with branches across the continent has an urgent requirement for the position of Senior Human Resource Officer in Lagos. The ideal candidate must be experienced in Human Resources
Requirements:
• Degree/ HND in Human Resource Management
• A minimum of four years progressive experience as a Human Resource practitioner
• Capacity building skills, Proficiency in HR IT system and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrable oral and written communication skills, ability to plan, organize and prioritize only
• High Potential individual

Responsibilities
• Provide HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, to assigned projects, ensuring compliance and consistency with corporate governance mandates.
• Contribute to the assessment / upgrading of existing Human Resources procedures, identifying key areas for reform that will improve performance and foster uniformity across the organization.
• Assess Organizational training needs & partner with HQ to develop & deliver training modules.
• Maintain a database of staff, consultants, partners, projects, Memorandum of Understanding, private sector partners, agreements and other temporary collaborators, including leave, CVs, contracts, and Terms of Reference.

Salary Range: NGN 50 – 75 K / Month + 25 % variable Incentive + Family Health Medical Insurance + retirement benefits + Global Exposure & learning
